Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Return Requirements

  • Free from signs of wear, odors, stains, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or may be subject to a partial refund based on their condition.

To ensure a smooth and timely process, all returns must be approved in advance.

Return Shipping

  • For non-defective items, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for preference-based returns (such as color, style, size, or fit)

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return has been shipped, please email us with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier name
  • Items included in the return

This helps us locate and process your return as quickly and accurately as possible.

Exchanges

We always recommend exchanges as the fastest and easiest way to resolve any issue.

We're happy to offer a one-time exchange per order—simply cover the return shipping, and we'll take care of sending your replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that any additional exchanges or returns may involve a small fee.

Processing & Inspection

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received and verified according to our policy.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.

Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Reshipping fees
  • A restocking fee of up to 15%

These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Excessive Returns

To ensure fairness for all customers, we reserve the right to limit or decline returns in cases of excessive return activity, unusual patterns, or suspected misuse of our policy.

In certain situations, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned item or associated handling costs.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution process, as we will provide order confirmation, shipping, and delivery records to the payment provider.
