Standard shipping is free in US, CA, GB, AU.
If you live elsewhere in the world, your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Please refer to the check out page for specific shipping costs. We will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you.
Expedited and express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carrier
We work with a variety of shipping carriers around the globe, our shipping partners include but not limited to UPS, DHL, 4PX, UPSP, EUB, EMS etc. We will choose the best shipping carrier option available for your order so your parcel will arrive at yours ASAP.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the "Order Status" page and entering your order number and email address.
Shipping Orders
Most orders from ounamei.com may be shipped directly from local warehouse or overseas warehouse of ounamei.
We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected.
Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through ounamei.com are made according to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools). Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Suppose a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent. In that case, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to ounamei as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to ounamei please contact ounamei to make arrangements for reshipment.

If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
